We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Dappa Clothing Company Ltd. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
Process for Returns
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@thedappa.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
